Ultra Plast is a specially developed cleaning compound that is delivered in a premixed and ready-to-use pellet form. It is specific for the cleaning of endless screws, barrels, nozzles, hotrunners and extrusion heads to remove burnt material (colour) rests, deposits, incrustations and black specks during colour and/or material change of all thermoplastics such as: PVC, EVA, POM, HDPE, LDPE, PP, Polyolefin resin etc.

Used For : PA.ABS,PEEK, PPS, PPO, PES, Grivory, HT, PEI, Ultem, and for polymers with flame retardents or UV stabilizer

Ultra Plast CE-E is a specific purging compound in concentrated form which must be mixed with the processing material.

Ultra Plast LP - Liquid

Temperature Range : 120-400°C/ 254-752°F
Used For : Color change with Polyolefines.

Ultra Plast LP is a specific purging compound in liquid form which must be mixed with the processing material.

Used For : General Purpose for Automative plastic.
